Slash Partner Offer Terms and Agreement
Effective date:
This Slash Partner Offer Agreement ("Terms") sets out the bonuses and other benefits that Slash Financial, Inc. ("Slash") makes available to startups participating in qualifying accelerator, venture capital, and other ecosystem partner programs (each, a "Partner"). By opening a Slash Account in connection with a Slash partner offer or claiming a partner offer bonus, you agree to these Terms. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given in the Slash Terms of Service.
These Terms are entered solely between you and Slash. Slash is a financial technology company, not an FDIC-insured bank. Banking services are provided by Column N.A., Member FDIC (the "Banking Provider"). The Banking Provider sets account approval requirements and has ultimate discretion to approve or deny account applications. Account opening is subject to the Banking Provider's terms of service, privacy policy, and other applicable agreements, which are separate from these Terms.
1. Offer Period
This partner offer program is available for a limited time. To qualify, you must open your Slash Account and claim the applicable partner offer bonus during the period beginning May 27, 2026 and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on July 26, 2026 (the "Offer Period"), which is the sixty (60)-day window following May 27, 2026. Applications submitted, Accounts opened, or bonuses claimed outside the Offer Period are not eligible for any bonus or discretionary perk under these Terms. Slash may, in its sole discretion, extend, shorten, or terminate the Offer Period at any time by posting an updated version of these Terms. All other eligibility, onboarding, balance, spending, and timing requirements set out below continue to apply in addition to the Offer Period requirement.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a partner offer bonus, you must:
- Be an active participant in a qualifying Partner program at the time you open your Slash Account, as confirmed by Slash;
- Be a new Slash customer with no prior Slash Account or relationship with Slash, and not have had a Slash Account closed within the prior ninety (90) days or closed with a negative balance within the prior three (3) years;
- Open and maintain a Slash business Account in good standing throughout the ninety (90) day period beginning when your Slash Account is approved (the "Eligibility Period") and through the date the bonus is paid;
- Complete the Onboarding Requirements in Section 3 within the Eligibility Period; and
- Meet the balance and spending thresholds for your tier under Section 4.
Slash determines, in its sole discretion, whether a Partner program qualifies, which tier applies to you, and whether you have satisfied all requirements. Slash may verify your Partner program participation at any time and may require supporting documentation.
You are limited to one partner offer bonus per beneficial owner or business entity, including across all subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities. You cannot stack tiers or switch tiers after Account opening, except where Slash determines, in its sole discretion, that a different tier applies based on your actual Partner program participation.
3. Onboarding Requirements
Within the Eligibility Period, you must:
- Funding Transfer. Transfer to your Slash Account the full proceeds of your most recent equity or debt financing round. For startups participating in an accelerator program, this means transferring one hundred percent (100%) of capital raised to date.
- Card Activation. Complete at least one (1) settled card transaction on a Slash card.
- Accounting Integration. Connect your accounting software to Slash, where a supported integration exists. This requirement is waived if no supported integration is available at the time of onboarding.
Funds transferred to your Slash Account must remain on deposit through the end of the ninety (90)-consecutive-day balance-hold period applicable to your tier. Only settled and undisputed transactions count toward any requirement under these Terms.
4. Tiers and Bonuses
All balance and spending thresholds refer to amounts denominated in U.S. dollars. Each tier's cash bonus is paid in two installments by credit to your Slash Account, in U.S. dollars, within thirty (30) days after Slash verifies that the corresponding milestone has been satisfied.
- Standard Accelerator. Available to startups in a qualifying accelerator program. US$2,500 total: US$2,000 after you complete the Onboarding Requirements and maintain an aggregate balance of at least US$250,000 across your Slash Account(s) for ninety (90) consecutive days; US$500 after at least US$500 in settled Slash card transactions.
- Premier Accelerator / Premier Seed VC. Available to startups in an accelerator or seed-stage venture capital program that Slash has designated as a premier program. US$5,000 total: US$4,000 after you complete the Onboarding Requirements and maintain an aggregate balance of at least US$500,000 for ninety (90) consecutive days; US$1,000 after at least US$1,000 in settled Slash card transactions.
- VC / Growth. Available to startups that have raised capital from a qualifying venture capital firm. US$5,000 total on the same schedule as Premier Accelerator. The aggregate fair-market value of all benefits (cash plus discretionary perks) under this tier will not exceed US$15,000 unless approved in writing by an authorized Slash executive.
- Large AUM. Available to startups expected to maintain a large aggregate balance with Slash. US$5,000 total: US$4,000 after you complete the Onboarding Requirements and maintain an aggregate balance of at least US$10,000,000 for ninety (90) consecutive days; US$1,000 after at least US$1,000 in settled Slash card transactions. In addition, eligible customers may select one (1) discretionary perk from: (a) a co-branded event valued up to US$20,000; (b) a fully hosted event at Slash's office space (estimated value up to US$30,000); (c) up to US$20,000 in apparel or merchandise for up to one hundred (100) employees, sourced through Slash's designated vendor; or (d) a hosted dinner for up to two (2) founders and six to eight (6–8) prospects at a venue selected by Slash.
Discretionary perks (where offered) are extended at Slash's sole discretion, are non-transferable, have no cash-redemption value, are not exchangeable for any other benefit, and must be redeemed within twelve (12) months after your Slash Account is approved or are forfeited. The scope, scheduling, sourcing, and final form of any discretionary perk are determined by Slash in its sole discretion and require written confirmation from an authorized Slash representative.
5. Custom Partner Offers
From time to time, Slash may offer bespoke partner promotions ("Custom Partner Offers") with bonus amounts, balance thresholds, holding periods, onboarding requirements, spending thresholds, payment schedules, discretionary perks, and other terms that differ from the standard tiers set out in Section 4. Custom Partner Offers allow Slash to tailor offers to the needs of specific Partners and Partner programs.
5.1 How a Custom Partner Offer Is Presented and Accepted
The specific terms of each Custom Partner Offer (the "Offer Terms") will be presented to you at the time the offer is made available to you, whether through an in-product notification or banner, a Partner-specific landing page, an email from Slash, a Partner-co-branded communication, or other written materials provided by Slash. By claiming the offer (including by clicking a "Claim," "Accept," or substantially similar button, by opening a Slash Account through a Partner-specific link or referral code associated with the offer, or by otherwise indicating your acceptance through the means specified in the Offer Terms), you agree that the Offer Terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms with respect to that offer.
5.2 Scope of Custom Partner Offer Terms
Offer Terms may specify, modify, or replace any or all of the following with respect to that offer:
- the bonus amount(s) and the number, timing, and structure of payment installments;
- the balance threshold(s), holding period(s), and how each is measured;
- the spending threshold(s) and the types of transactions that count;
- the onboarding requirements (including the addition of new product-engagement requirements such as payroll connection, bill pay activation, treasury or yield product enrollment, or other Slash product or feature engagement);
- the funding transfer requirement under Section 3, including any required deposit amount;
- any discretionary perks offered with the bonus;
- the offer period applicable to that offer; and
- any other Partner-specific or offer-specific terms.
5.3 How Offer Terms Interact with These Terms
Where the Offer Terms conflict with Sections 1, 3, or 4 of these Terms, the Offer Terms control solely with respect to the matters expressly addressed in the Offer Terms. All other provisions of these Terms — including this Section 5, Section 2 (Eligibility, other than tier- or offer-specific thresholds expressly modified by the Offer Terms), Section 6 (Restrictions and Clawback), Section 7 (Taxes), Section 8 (Program Changes; Termination), and Section 9 (Contact) — continue to apply in full to Custom Partner Offers.
5.4 Limits and Determinations
Slash determines in its sole discretion whether a Partner program qualifies for a Custom Partner Offer, the specific Offer Terms, and whether you have satisfied all requirements. Unless approved in writing by an authorized Slash executive, the aggregate fair-market value of all benefits (cash plus discretionary perks) under any single Custom Partner Offer will not exceed US$15,000. The one-bonus-per-beneficial-owner limit and no-stacking limitations in Section 2 apply to Custom Partner Offers in the same manner as to standard tiers.
6. Restrictions and Clawback
Slash may withhold, reduce, reverse, or claw back any bonus or discretionary perk if (a) you do not satisfy all eligibility and qualification requirements; (b) your Slash Account is closed, suspended, or not in good standing at any time between when a bonus is earned and when it would be paid; (c) the deposits you used to satisfy the balance threshold are withdrawn, reversed, or disputed within ninety (90) days after the bonus is paid; (d) Slash determines that you engaged in self-referrals, fraudulent applications, false information, sham transactions, multiple applications, gaming, circumvention, or any other conduct inconsistent with these Terms; (e) Slash paid the bonus or extended the perk in error; or (f) you breach these Terms or any other agreement with Slash. Bonuses and perks are not guaranteed and are subject to Slash's sole discretion.
Partner offer bonuses may not be combined with the Slash Referral Program or any other Slash promotion unless expressly approved in writing by an authorized Slash representative.
7. Taxes
Bonuses and discretionary perks may constitute miscellaneous income. Slash may issue a Form 1099-MISC, Form 1042-S, or other applicable tax form. You are solely responsible for any tax liability related to your participation. Please consult your tax advisor.
8. Program Changes; Termination
Slash may modify these Terms, bonus amounts, eligibility requirements, or program structure at any time in its sole discretion by posting an updated version to this page. Slash may suspend or terminate the program, or your participation in it, at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice. Slash's clawback rights and your tax obligations survive any termination of these Terms or closure of your Slash Account.
